REFUND POLICY: We offer a 100% unconditional money back guarantee on all our merchandise. If you are not satisfied with something you receive from us, just return it and your money will be refunded or a credit will be issued (your choice). If for any reason you are not happy with a product, please notify us by e-mail and/or call us. We will either refund your money (upon receipt of merchandise), issue a credit and/or you can exchange the item if it was defective. We want you and yours to be satisfied with our products. We have been in business for over 35 years and are looking forward to serving you for many more.
You may return any new DVD, comic, book, magazine or accessory for any reason within 30 days after you receive your shipment for a refund or store credit. DVD’s, comics, books, magazines you wish to return must be in their original, factory shrinkwrap to be accepted back for a refund or store credit. Accessories you wish to return must be in their original, unopened packaging to be accepted back for a refund or store credit. To return item(s), simply send the item back to us at the address below.

Original shipping costs and Return postage costs are non-refundable unless we made an error ie: we shipped an incorrect or defective item on your order. We will only refund standard postage via First Class Mail or Air Mail. Do not return products via expedited shipping as we will not reimburse you. Return insurance is also not reimbursable.
Return of Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at email@example.com for information on obtaining a replacement item. A damaged or defective title can only be replaced by the same item. Another title cannot be substituted in place of a damaged or defective item.
Damaged CD, DVD, or Video Game Cases
If a CD, DVD or video game case arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will send you a new replacement case for free.
Order Cancellation Policy
All Orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this proces we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy stated above. The Cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
